To ensure utmost confidentiality of the information, Moztranscription uses procedures and systems such as the use of firewall security systems, encryption of all files sent through the Internet, user passwords, network passwords, and the existence of a confidentiality agreement among employees who have access to the PHI, etc.
In addition, our web-based system can log any access or modifications of patient reports. Doctors and office managers can track who has seen each report and what they did to it.
